Founded and led by Joel Gibson, TTCS combines decades of hands-on experience in asphalt production, spray sealing, quality assurance, and laboratory management. Joel’s career includes work with Transport and Main Roads’ Bitumen Sprayer Test Shed, giving TTCS a unique perspective on both the technical and practical challenges faced by the industry.
